By using this website or booking a free systems audit, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to access it without authorisation, interfering with how it works, or sending unlawful or harmful content through its forms.

Information on this site

The content of this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer to contract. We work only under a written proposal and agreement signed by both sides, which sets out the scope, fees, timeline and other terms of that work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.

Illustrative content. The Command Centre dashboard and the infrastructure map on this site are examples. They do not show real client data.

Service targets. Figures in the Results section (such as answer and reply times) are targets our systems are built and tested to. They are not a guarantee of results for any particular business. Actual performance depends on your existing systems, your phone and messaging providers, third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and AI model providers, and how the systems are used.

AI search visibility. We can improve how your business is structured and presented for AI assistants and search engines. We do not control ChatGPT, Google or any other third-party AI or search service, and we cannot guarantee that any of them will mention or recommend your business.

The free systems audit

The audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. You book a 30-minute call at a time you choose and answer a few questions about your business. A booking is a request until we confirm your time by email. After the call we send our recommendations. They are based on what you tell us and are general business guidance. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

AI disclosure and AI-generated content

• The AI systems we deploy tell the people they interact with that they are AI, at the start of each conversation, and let them ask for a person.
• Some content we deliver to clients, such as scripts, messages, website copy, review replies and images, may be generated or drafted with AI tools. We label it as AI-generated when we deliver it, and a person reviews it before delivery.
• Clients approve scripts and customer-facing messages before launch, and are responsible for their final use, including any disclosure their own customers must receive under the laws that apply to them.
• Parts of this website were also produced with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.

Intellectual property

The Novatech AI name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to share a link to the site.

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. These and other third-party names are used only to describe the services our systems work with. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Third-party services and links

This site uses third-party services to receive audit bookings and manage them in our CRM, and may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection where it applies.

Liability for client work is set out only in the signed agreement for that work.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Client data we process on a client's behalf is covered by a separate Data Processing Agreement, which includes our commitment not to use client data to train AI models without explicit written consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
